Residential Lobby Attendant/Runner

Adding an extra touch of comfort, convenience, and luxury, a Tillinger’s Runner/Lobby Attendant exceeds client expectations by executing Signature Service. A Tillinger’s Runner/Lobby Attendant is responsible for providing mobile support to the Concierge: delivering packages, dry cleaning, and notices, assisting residents with baggage and other items, supervising moves, and performing various other job functions in accordance with resident requests and within property operation guidelines. 



  • Provide desk coverage for meals and breaks, acting in the capacity of a CONCIERGE and/or DOOR PERSON.
  • Perform tasks on behalf of residents and/or property management, as directed by Concierge. 
  • Facilitate the sorting delivery and/or distribution of packages and dry cleaning to residents/tenants. 
  • Execute the delivery of 10-800 notices and provide clerical assistance for property management, as required. 
  • Post and update resident/tenant correspondence and bulletins in common areas. 
  • Assist with the direction and supervision of moves. 
  • Enhance the luxury environment and curb appeal of the property by being in the lobby and proactively helping all those entering the property. 
  • Greet and assist residents and guests upon entering the property and curbside when needed and with confidence and cordiality. 
  • Announce and direct guests and vendors/contractors to the Concierge. 
  • Communicate resident requests and concerns to Concierge. 
  • Remain mobile and attentive to resident needs as opportunities present themselves. 
  • Maintain a clean and accessible bell cart and provide assistance to residents as needed. 
  • Maintain all areas including entryway, doors, lobby, and waiting areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner. 
  • Visually inspect the condition of the common areas, hallways, and immediate outdoor areas for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues. Report issues to the appropriate department. 
  • Communicate maintenance requests to Concierge. 
  • Follow emergency procedures as directed in the property manual. 
  • Train peers, as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 



  • Graduate of an accredited college or university preferred. 
  • 1-2 years experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries. 
  • Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor. 
  • Strong oral, written, listening, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency. 
  • Proficient word processing and strong computer knowledge including programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
