Recruiting Assistant

The Recruiting Assistant collaborates with the Recruiting Coordinator and management team, at our Back Bay Corporate Office, to discover the best talent in hospitality. Our team members are the foundation of our firm’s success that strengthen our opportunity for growth and industry position.

An ideal candidate is one with a flair for identifying talent with positive attitudes and personalities for multiple-sites that operate 24/7. This position will nurture relationships with prospective employees and cultivate ongoing relationships…all while enjoying a fun, energetic, and vibrant work environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Source and review resumes from various online sources.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidates.
  • Professionally correspond with candidates.
  • Post on online job boards.
  • Schedule and confirm initial interviews.
  • Be part of the on-boarding process.
  • Strengthen the brand in every conversation, email, and interaction.
  • Filing of applications.
  • Actively participate in staffing-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and execute a personal time management plan.
  • Additional duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from a recognized college or university, preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience in Recruiting
  • Experience in Hospitality (customer service) industry, preferred
  • Excellent inter-personal, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, ie. Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1-hr. lunch break)
