Residential Concierge

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking customer service-focused individuals to join our Residential Concierge Team.  We will provide the necessary training for you to deliver our high standards of style, service, and personal attentiveness. You will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering warm and friendly assistance and anticipating their needs.


  • Create a luxury environment, exceeding expectations in genuine hospitality service.
  • Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Respect the privacy, information, perspectives, priorities, time, and resources of each resident.
  • Facilitate special requests to include airline reservations, ground transportation, dining reservations, spa and salon appointments, tickets to major events, accommodations, discount admissions, local area information and maps, and other services. Contact VIP Services in corporate office when appropriate.
  • Know the names of all residents and frequent guests.
  • Understand resident preferences and maintain current and accessible notes and records for your colleagues.
  • Greet all residents and guests confidently and cordially upon entering the property.
  • Announce and register guests and vendors/contractors.
  • Assist with the direction and supervision of moves. Schedule and monitor elevator and lobby access for moves.
  • Communicate resident concerns to property management and Tillinger’s Corporate Office.
  • Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property for vandalism, damage, and safety, and report any misconduct, incidents, and damages to property management for attention and repair.
  • Facilitate maintenance requests and maintain accurate reports.
  • Sort and forward resident mail as required.
  • Maintain familiarity with VIP Client Service offerings, monthly newsletter inclusions, and any marketing materials available to residents.
  • Proactively ascertain knowledge of existing and new local area businesses, services, convenience, and leisure time activities.
  • Maintain all applicable logs, updates, files, and relevant computer and/or paper log systems relevant to building operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory of desk supplies, resident amenities, and cash sales.
  • Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and “pass-on” logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive incident reports and notify property management and Tillinger’s Corporate Office immediately of any immediate threats or major accidents.
  • Maintain all areas including desk/work station, package and storage rooms, lobby, and waiting areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner. Report damages and cleanliness issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow emergency procedures as directed in the property manual.
  • Peer Training
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 1-2 years experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries.
  • Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor.
  • Strong oral, listening, organizational skills, and written including proficient word processing and strong computer knowledge including programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency.

Please Note: Shifts are 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am
